Dan Rodricks was a columnist for The Baltimore Sun from January 1979 until January 2025. He is a former local radio and television host who won several national and regional journalism awards over a reporting, writing and broadcast career spanning five decades.
He is the author of three books, including “Father's Day Creek: Fly Fishing, Fatherhood and The Last Best Place on Earth” (Apprentice House 2019), and three plays, “Baltimore, You Have No Idea,” “Baltimore Docket” and “No Mean City: Baltimore 1966.” He performed several lead roles with the Young Victorian Theater Co.
