When you purchased tickets, a separate confirmation email was sent to verify your transaction was successful. So if you’re reading this welcome email, it means your tickets are ready and waiting for you at the box office!
Wait, where’s my ticket?
We use paperless tickets for easy entry. Just arrive at the box office and provide the name and email used to purchase your tickets. That’s it!
How long is the performance?
The show is about 90 minutes with no intermission. If you factor in time to enter and leave the theater, about two hours.

Enter using the BMA’s East Lobby, a ground floor public area with a convenient drop-off circle driveway. Go to the second floor using the stairway or the elevator opposite the entrance. Directions and parking info are here on the BMA’s website.
Need a place to meet before or after the show? Gertrude’s Chesapeake Kitchen is conveniently located in the BMA.
Is the theater accessible for rollators and wheelchairs?
Yes, on the same level as the auditorium entry, there is a wide aisle with about a dozen chairs and open spots available for patrons, no steps or obstacles. Please note, accessible parking is limited.
Where’s my seat?
All tickets are general admission with no assigned seats. When you enter the theater, sit in any available seat.
