Linda Foy

Linda Foy is grateful for the opportunity to share the stage with experienced cast members and learn from them.  Linda’s professional background is in corporate communications, media relations and broadcast journalism. Most recently, Linda was Director of Communications for Baltimore based Constellation Energy. Previously, she held multiple positions in communications and government relations at BGE. After 21 years in the energy industry, Linda retired in 2023. 

Before joining the energy industry, Linda was an award winning radio news reporter for more than 15 years. Most of her career was spent reporting and anchoring news and public affairs programs at WBAL and WIYY/98 Rock in Baltimore where she had the opportunity to work with Dan. There, she was honored with numerous awards, including Edward R. Murrow and  National Headliner awards for investigative reporting. Linda also worked for CBS radio in Los Angeles and WMAL in Washington D.C. 

Linda enjoys volunteering with nonprofit organizations and currently serves on the board of the Arc of the Northern Chesapeake and is a member of Harford Community College’s Community Advisory Board for campus radio station WHFC.

Linda is a proud graduate of Baltimore’s Western High School, the oldest all-girls public high school in the nation. She received her Bachelor’s degree from Towson University and her Master’s degree from Loyola University Maryland.

Linda lives in Bel Air with her Shih Tzu Zoe Caramellow.
